Notes from A Journey Through Time with the Davenport Family of New York and the Midwest by Emma Sue Davenport.

Hank Henry was Willma's step-father. Wilma loved her family and she loved picking pecans! She couldn't stand to see pecans left on the ground. Even when under doctors orders not to do so, she was "caught" picking pecans so she could make spiced pecans. She also loved to give Chex mix a kick by adding cayenne pepper. She was a kind and caring woman.
