OBITUARY
DIES ON WEDDING DAY ANNIVERSARY
Mrs. J. K. Lillich A Victim Of Apoplexy After Expressing Happiness
MARRIED 23 YEARS
After expressing to neighbors how happy she felt on the occasion of the celebration of her twenty-third wedding day anniversary, Mrs. Annie M. Lillich, 655 Lincoln Street, fell to the floor of her home yesterday afternoon at 4:10 o'clock and died before medical aid could be procured. She was aged 65 years and seven months.
The coroner, Dr. C. C. Zech, who was called, signed the death certificate, giving the cause of death as being due to cerebral apoplexy. This is the third time that the woman had been stricken with the same disease.
Shortly before her fatal attack, Mrs. Lillich had been removing some clothing from the clothes line to the rear of her home. It was then that she was expressing her happiness to neighbors on the occasion of her twenty-third wedding anniversary.
She went into her home with an armful of clothing and crumbled to the floor. Dr. W. H. Schelihamer was called and opon arrival pronounced her dead. He notified the coroner, Dr. Zech, who signed the death certificate.
Mrs. Lillich had been a resident of this city for the past 25 years. She was a member of Grace Reformed church and the Bible class of the Sunday school of the church.
She leaves her husband, and the following step-children: H. F. Lillich, of the home; Dr. B. A. Lillich, of Baltimore; F. G. Lillich, Brooklyn, N. Y.; Dr. Paul Lillich, Dundalk, Md., and Lucy Reiber, of this city. She also leaves the following brothers and sisters: George Bentzel, Alderson, W. Va.; Oliver Bentzel, Latrobe, Pa.; Mrs. Sarah Carper, Winchester, Va.; and Adam Bentzel, also of Winchester.
Funeral Director Walter W. Futer, 664 Linden Avenue, was called and prepared the body for burial. Funeral services will be conducted at the late home at 2 o'clock on Thursday afternoon. Rev. I. A. Raubenhold, pastor of Grace Reformed church will be the officiating clergyman. Interment will be ......Greenmount cemetery.

Mrs. Lillick [sic] Dies In York Yesterday
Mr. Adam Bentzel of this city, received a telegram today announcing the death of his sister, Mrs. Anna Lillick which occured in York, Pa., yesterday. She recently suffered a stroke of paralysis and lingered only a short while afterward. The funeral will take place in York Thursday at 2 p.m.
Mrs. Lillick is survived by her husband, John Lillick, one sister, Mrs. Edgar Carper, of South Loadoun street, this city; three brothers: Adam Bentzel of Winchester; Oliver Bentzell, of Latrobe, Pa., and George Bentziel [sic] of Alderson, W. Va.
Mrs Lillick was a former resident of this city having come here from Pennsylvania when a young girl and went to York following her marriage. She has a wide circle of friends in this city who were shocked to learn of her death.

The funeral of Mrs. Annie M. Lillick, wife of John K. Lillick, formerly of this city, who died suddenly Monday afternoon, took place at her late home 655 Lincoln street, York, Pa., Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Rev I. A. Raubenhold, pastor of Grace Reformed Church, York, officiated and burial was in Greenmount Cemetery following commital services by the Daughters of Liberty of which she was a member.
The home was thronged by friends of the deceased and the floral tributes were numerous and beautiful.
