BASIC FACTS

Mary "Polly" Mosher was born in 1845 in Maries Co., Missouri.1 She was born about 1846 in Maries Co., Missouri.5 She and Levi Perry Brown were married on 4 December 1870 in Clark Co., Missouri.6
Mary "Polly" Mosher had reference number 37868. She was enumerated on the census in Clark County, Missouri (1850); Lewis County, Missouri (1860); Greenwood County, Kansas (1880.) Some genealogies list two sisters, a Mary Mosher and a Polly Mosher born a year apart. I think these are the same person and have combined them. This is supported by the 1860 Census that shows only one daughter, Mary, between Sarah and James. Dorsie Mosher's genealogy shows that Mary married a Brown (this is Levi Perry Brown) and Polly married a Williams. I have not been able to verify Mary was ever married to a Williams.
Check the "History of Greenwood County, Kansas" for more information on Mary's family.

John K. Lillich was born in June 1854 in Pennsylvania.3,1 He and Amanda Elizabeth Stover were married about 1876.3 He and Anna Maria Bentzel were married on 8 May 1904. He died after 1927.7 He was buried in Greenmount Cemetery, York, York Co., Pennsylvania.8
John K. Lillich was christened in St. Johns Lutheran Church, Abbottstown, Adams Co., Pennsylvania.1 He had reference number 37870. He was enumerated on the census in York County, Pennsylvania (1860, 1880, 1900 - 1920.) He was a Laborer (1880); laborer - machine shop (1900); baker - own shop (1910); flagman - railroad crossing (1920.)3,4,5,6 Some genealogies confuse our John K. Lillich and Amanda Elizabeth Stover with John G. Lillich and Amanda Forry.
There is a stone in Greenmount Cemetery with the names of two Johns, Amanda, Amy and Pearl Lillich. This is clearly our Lillich family. The dates were not readable by the compilers of the Greenmount Cemetery survey. I am guessing that the two Johns are John K. Lillich and his son, John Edgar Lillich.
