Mae Rue Schooley, 78, of Coffeyville, died Thursday (May 18, 2000) at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Schooley was born March 30, 1922, at New Blaine, Ark., to Raymond and Annie Harrison.
She lived in Coffeyville for most of her adult life. She was employed for several years in the men's department at Read's Department Store.
She married William Schooley on Jan. 26, 1946, at Coffeyville.
Survivors include her husband, William Schooley; a daughter, Kathy Garbo, St. Charles, Mo., and a son, Richard Schooley of Coffeyville.
Mrs. Schooley was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
Graveside services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation is from 5 until 8 p.m. Friday, and from 8 a.m. until noon Saturday, at Graves Funeral Home
