MRS. VIRGINIA TRUSLEY
KINGSPORT – Mrs. Virginia “Jenny” Trusley, 68, 590, 590 Pitt Road, died Thursday, June 11, 1992, at her residence.
She was a native and lifelong resident of the Beulah community, and was a daughter of the late Zed and Chessie McCray Kitzmiller.
Mrs. Trusler was a lifelong member of Beulah Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Trusley, and two brothers.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Judy Sells and Mrs. Beverly Jones, Kingsport; four sisters, Sue Arnold, Ruby Kitzmiller, Anna Lee Rupe and Ruth Booher, Kingsport; one brother, Charles D. Kitzmiller, Kingsport; and three grandchildren.

James M. Trusley
James M. Trusley, 61, Route 11, died at 7:30 a.m. Saturday at Veteran's hospital, Mountain Home, after an illness of several months. He was born in Pikeville, Tenn. and served with the U. S. Army during World War II. An employee of Greif Bros. Co., he was a member of the Beulah Baptist Church and Holston Masonic Lodge 559.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Virginia Kitzmiller Trusley, two daughters, Mrs. Bobby (Judy) Sells, Mrs. Darrell (Beverly) Rasnake, both of Kingsport; three sisters, Mrs. Una Holden, Kingsport, Mrs. Cleo Stidham, Gray, Mrs. Ruby Ison, Oak Ridge; a half-sister, Mrs. Louise Stephen, Knoxville; one brother, Lester Trusley, Detroit, Mich.

TRUSLEY, JAMES M.
Funeral services for James M. Trusley will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Beulah Baptist Church with the Rev. Kenneth Kyker officiating. Burial will be in Tri-Cities memory Gardens. The body will be taken to the church a half-hour before the services. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home. There will be a Masonic Memorial Service at the funeral home at 8 p.m. Sunday by the Halston lodge 559. Nephews will be pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be deacons of the church.

KITZMILLER, CHARLES D. "BUCK" KINGSPORT, TN -- Charles D. (Buck) Kitzmiller, 73, of 664 Pitt Road, went peacefully to be with the Lord, Sunday, March 25, 2001, at his residence after a lengthy illness. Buck was born in Sullivan County, June 10, 1927, to the late Zed and Chessie (McCray) Kitzmiller, and in 1949, he married Laura Anabell Shipley. Buck retired from Holston Defense in 1982. He was a member of Beulah Baptist Church, Holston Masonic Lodge 559 of Blountville and Blountville OES 419. Other than his parents, Buck was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry and Dick Kitzmiller; and two sisters, Virginia Trusley and Ann Rupe. Buck is survived by his wife of 52 years, Anabell Shipley Kitzmiller of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia and Perry King of Culpeper, Virginia, and Jennifer "Jinks" and Wayne Olinger of Kingsport; grandchildren, Mike and Teresa King, Brad and Kristi King, Jeremy King, Rachel Olinger and Josh Olinger; great-grandchildren, Haley, Matt, Andy and Sadie King; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sue Arnold, Lloyd and Ruth Booher, Ruby Kitzmiller, Joe and Shirley Shipley, and Jack and Sue Shipley. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at East Lawn Funeral Home. Ruth Jeanette Kitzmiller Booher, 77, Kingsport, Sullivan Co TN, began her new life with her Lord Sunday, August 3, 2008.
Born in Kingsport, Sullivan Co TN, on March 18, 1931, she is enjoying the fellowship of her parents, Zed and Chessie McCray Kitzmiller. Beginning with her brother, Orville 'Dick' Kitzmiller, who was killed in Guam in World War II, she was preceded in death by all six of her brothers and sisters; and daughter, Lisa Carol.
A life-long resident of Sullivan County, Ruth was an active vital member of Beulah Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and sang in the choir for over 50 years. Her joyful spirit and Godly influence was felt by many young people throughout the years. She took great pleasure in playing the piano and taking care of family and friends.
Ruth is survived by her husband, Lloyd E. Booher of Kingsport, TN; her son and daughter-in-law, Louis and Dianna Booher of Old Hickory, TN; her daughter, Janet
Myers-Thornburg of Kingsport, TN; her two grandchildren, Shaun Booher and Megan Kennedy and her husband, John; two great-granddaughters, Chaeli and Brooklynn; sisters-in-law, Ruby Kitzmiller and Anabell Kitzmiller, both of Kingsport, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
The family received friends at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Services with Rev. Al South officiating. Music was provided by the Beulah Baptist Church Choir.
Graveside services were conducted Tuesday, August 5, 2008
at Tri-Cities Memory Gardens.
Her grandson and nephews served as pallbearers.
