ALGERINE "SIS" KEEFAUVER RANGE
Algerine "Sis" Keefauver Range, 90, of Johnson City, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012, at the Johnson City Medical Center.
She was a native of Washington County and daughter of the late Dewey and Irene Saylor Keefauver. Mrs. Range was a homemaker and member of the Boones Creek Christian Church but she attended the Harrison Christian Church.
Her husband, Jim M. Range Jr., in 1990, and a brother, James Robert Keefauver, preceded her in death.
Survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn (Jim) Sell, of Johnson City, Joyce (Curtis) Larimer, of Jonesborough; four grandchildren, Jim (Kim) Sell, Joe Sell, Becky Sell and Leigh Ann Larimer; two great granddaughters, Katie and Emily Sell.
A funeral service is scheduled for Monday, July 16, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. in the South Chapel of the Morris-Baker Funeral Home under the direction of Mr. Palma Bennett, Mr. Paul Helphinstine and Mr. Gary Perkins.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
A committal service will follow in the Monte Vista Memorial Park.

Marguerite Davis - JOHNSON CITY
Marguerite White Keefauver Davis, age 91, of 614 East Franklin Square Court, Johnson City, died Saturday, September 29, 2007, at Northside Hospital after a brief illness.
Mrs. Davis was a life long native of Johnson City. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Nola Davis White. Mrs. Davis was a member of East Unaka Christian Church. She was a member of the Fidelis Sunday school class, and served on several church committees, as well as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
Mrs. Davis was a graduate of Science Hill High School and attended college where she received an associate degree in business. She was employed by E.T.S.U. for fifteen years as a dorm director. Mrs. Davis was fondly known as “Mrs. K” by her students, faculty and staff. She was an honorary member of the alumni society of East Tennessee State University’s Wall of Fame.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Eugene Keefauver and her second husband, Paul Davis.
Survivors include: four daughters; Sandra Rowe, and husband, Daryl, Ann Campbell, and husband, Lee, Doris Barnes, and husband, John, and Beth Anderson, and husband, Bob. Grandchildren; Darrin & Leigh Ann Rowe, Eric & Betsy Rowe, Bo & Leslie Tatum, Brett & Lauren Summar, Shannon & Lisa O’Dell, Matt & Amy Mooney, Holly Barnes, Clay & Shelly Anderson, Maggie Anderson and ten great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Davis will be held on Monday, October 1, 2007, at 8:00 P.M. in the Sunrise Chapel of Tetrick Funeral Services, Johnson City. Dr. Wayne Emery will officiate. Committal services will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2007, at 1:00 P.M. in the Monte Vista Mausoleum Chapel. Family, Minister and friends are requested to assemble at the funeral home by 12:15 P.M. to go in procession to the cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Monday at the funeral home and other times at the residences of her children.

Robert S. McCoy
Mr. Robert Shelton "Bob" McCoy, 44, 903 Haws Drive, Jonesborough, Tenn., died Friday, September 12, 2003, at the Johnson City Medical Center Hospital after an extended illness.
He was a native of Washington County and a son of Eunice Irene Keefauver McCoy and the late Joseph Gregg McCoy.
Mr. McCoy was self-employed in the floor installation business. He was a graduate of David Crockett High School and a graduate of ETSU with a bachelor's degree in biology. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking.
Mr. McCoy was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Johnson City and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his wife Belinda Carol Fritts McCoy of the home; two daughters, Laura Elizabeth McCoy and Julia Catherine McCoy, both of the home; a brother and-sister-in-law, Joe and Cathy Gregg McCoy III; and two sisters and brothers-in-law, Jeanette and Charles Miller, Jonesborough, and Elizabeth McCoy, Johnson City; two mothers- and fathers-in-law, Al and Carolyn Maiden, Jonesborough, and Kenneth and Bobbie Fritts, Elizabethton; a sister and brothers-in-law, Kim and Robby Garland and Steuart and Shannon Fritts, all of Johnson City, and a brother-in-law Marvin Fritts, Mountain City; several nieces and nephews.
A Scriputral Wake Service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, September 14, 2003, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home Chapel with Celebrant Bill Gahagan officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mike Glass, Charles Dyer, David Patrick, Tony Clouse, Marvin Fritts and Steuart Fritts. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, September 14, 2003, prior to the service and other times at his residence. A special thank you to Dr. Larry Schmidt, Dr. Clarence Spannuth, Dr. Danny Slonkaer and all the staff of Johnson City Medical Center and especially nurses on 2400 floor.
