DOVER - Mrs. Maud F. Cook, 75, Dover RD 2, widow of Charles C. Cook, died at 2:43 a.m. today at York Hospital. She was born in York a daughter of the late Joseph W. and Mary Rose Mann Geiselman.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. L. Frances Burns, 523 Dupont Ave., York; four sons, Joseph W. Cook, Dover RD 2; Charles J. Cook, Phoenix, Ariz.; James R. Cook, Richmond, VA and Arthur C. Cook, Bossier City, La.; five grandchildren; a brother James B. Geiselman, 150 Eastland Ave., York, and five sisters, Mrs. Grace Smith, 1909 W. Filbert St., York; Mrs. Hazel Heffner, 430 S. George St., York; Mrs Florence McClain, New Freedom RD 1; Mrs. Dorothy Wantz, 1925 W. Filbert St., York, and Mrs. Lenora Rabenstine, 303 S. George St., York.
The Revs. Harold Myers and Edgar Crisamore will officiate at funeral services Monday at 2 p.m. at the Heffner Funeral Home, successor to Max G. Anstine, 1701 W. Market St. Interment will be in Greenmount Cemetery.

Arthur Geiselman Sr. served in the Mexican Campaign in 1915 and World War I. It was reported that he was a POW for 3 days. He married Mary Good they had a very stormy marriage and separated several times. Mary had several boyfriends during her marriage. She was madly in love with a married man named Charlie McDonald. He was the owner of Dry Cleaner. He was also the father of Mary's son Richard born in 1935. Arthur Sr. had full knowledge of the affair and paternity of Richard.
