Dr. Richard John Noveroske, 69, of Newburgh, died Monday, May 8, 2000, at St. Mary's Health Care Services/Welborn Campus from a stroke.
He was a practicing radiologist, currently reading for MedFirst Clinic in Evansville. He had worked for St. Mary's Warrick, Gibson General Hospital in Princeton, Ind., and Good Samaritan in Vincennes, Ind. He was former chief of staff at Wirth Hospital in Oakland City, Ind.
He was a graduate of Indiana University and the Indiana University Medical Center.
He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, American Roentgen Ray Society, St. Mary Catholic Church and Rolling Hills Country Club.
Surviving are his wife, Sue Ann; three daughters, Julie Ann Densford of Austin, Texas, Diane Noveroske of Denver and Rhonda Loveless of Salt Lake City; three sons, Keith of Akron, William of Kansas City, Kan., and Jack of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two brothers, Dr. Robert of Midland, Md., and Dr. James of Reno, Nevada; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church, the Rev. Stephen P. Lintzenich officiating, with entombment in Park Lawn Mausoleum.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Alexander Funeral Home East Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
