Inger M. Dye, 70, of 1619 Richmond Rd. NE, died Tuesday evening in her home following a brief illness.
She was born Dec. 23, 1917 at Langesund, Norway and for over 25 years, worked for Rockwell-Collins until her retirement. She attended First Lutheran Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Carla, and a son, Carl, both of Cedar Rapids.
Private services will be held Friday, by the Rev. Paul Stevens. Burial: Cedar Memoral Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 9 tonight in Turner Chapel East. Instead of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Hospice of Mercy, 701 10St. SE, Cedar Rapids 52403.

Note: On her marriage record, Inger stated that she was born in Fredrikstad, Norway.
