Michael Gorman, 66 and John Kitzmiller, Deaf Mute 10 Years Old, Are Badly Injured.
Michael Gorman, laborer, 66 years old, residing at 88 Ontario street, was struck by a north-bound Larrabee street car yesterday afternoon in Orleans street.
His injuries consist of a three-inch scalp wound, one broken rib, and internal injuries. Gorman was taken to the Alexian Brothers' Hospital. He will recover.
John Kitzmiller, a 10-year-old deaf mute, residing at 1057 Grand avenue, was struck by a Grand avenue car while in Grand avenue, near Ashland avenue. His skull was fractured.

Roy Kitzmiller Says Fatal Accident Was Unavoidable -- New York Man Succumbs to Injuries.
Roy Kitzmiller, 1813 North Fortieth avenue, a chauffeur, yesterday was held to the grand jury by a coroner's jury at an inquest over the body of William Brodish, 1739 North Forty-second avenue, killed by an automobile driven by Kitzmiller at West Chicago and Milwaukee avenues.
After the accident Kitzmiller sped away but later was arrested at 2103 Ogen avenue.
Kitzmiller testified the man slipped in front of the machine and he was unable to stop before the wheels passed over Brodish's body.
