Fred lived in Orleans, Indiana. He lived to his nineties, and we visited him several times. He was one of my favorite relatives--lots of personality. He would have lived longer, probably, but he was out hoeing corn on a really hot day and wouldn't quit. He had a heat stroke. He died some time after that but most people felt that it played a role in his death. Whether it did or not?

A genealogy prepared by Diane Janet (Arsenault) Masters (djam@peoplepc.com) and Massachusetts Marriage Records show that Minnie Evelyn Roerk was married to a Daniel Nolan prior to her marriage to Harold Wesley Rauch. The question is, is this Daniel Frances Nolan the correct Daniel Nolan. This Daniel F. Nolan later married Alberta Eugenie Coste.
Daniel's birth date on his birth record and on his World War I draft registration card do not agree with the information on Find-A-Grave.
It appears that there were two Daniel F. Nolans and this might not be the correct one.
