CLINTON (PNS) -- Homer L. Gash, 63, of 504 S. Jackson died at 7:15 a.m. Sunday at Dr. John Warner Hospital, Clinton.
Mr. Gash worked in the accounting department at Revere Copper and Brass in Clinton.
The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Herington-Calvert Funeral Home, with the Rev. Lyle Swedeen officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Clinton.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Gash was born Jan. 6, 1912, in Clinton, a son of William and Zella Kenny Gash. He married Margaret Green June 23, 1934 in Crown Point, Ind.
Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Sue Hooser, Champaign, and Mrs. Nancy Potts, Clinton; a brother, Elmer, Clinton, and six grandchildren. Three brothers and a sister preceded him in death.

OBITUARY - (Find-A-Grave)

Champaign – Charlotte Sue Hooser, 76, passed away at her home with her family by her side on Friday March 30, 2018.
She was born on February 23, 1942 in Clinton, IL to Homer and Margaret (Green) Gash.
Charlotte is survived by her children Kellie (Kevin) Cook, Kimberly Stauffer, and Jeffrey Hooser; grandchildren Dustin (Jennifer) Hooser, Kaitlyn (Cody) Tucker, and Jason Stauffer; great-grandchildren Jared Caleb Hooser and Easton Tucker; and sister Nancy Potts. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Charlotte enjoyed gardening, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
A graveside committal service will be held at 11am on Tuesday April 3, 2018 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Clinton, IL. Randy Boltinghouse will officiate.
