Wayne Connell Dehlbom, 79, passed away peacefully January 17, 2014. Family members circled the room in prayer as he departed.
Wayne was born in 1935, and was raised on the Silver Bow Ranch between Chinook and Havre, Montana. He graduated high school in Chinook in 1953, and attended college at Northern Montana College in Havre in 1960.
He married Mary Joy Becklen in 1960, and their first child, Kelly Lynn (Dehlbom) Martin, was born in Havre in 1961. They moved to Kellogg, Idaho, in 1962 when he got an opportunity in machine maintenance at Bunker Hill, and she taught school at Lincoln Elementary School in a Kellogg. Their second child, Wayne Scott Dehlbom, was born in Kellogg in 1964. In 1972 they were divorced and Wayne moved to Pinehurst where he was still residing when he passed away.
During the 70‘s he married Bonnie E. Jamieson who had five children. They were divorced in 1982. Bonnie and her son, Ross, preceded Wayne in death. Bonnie’s surviving children: Sheryl Reagan, Paula Johnson, Brian Jamieson, and Sue Jamieson, reside in the Pinehurst area.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents: Mable Jane (Blackwood) Dehlbom of Havre, MT, and Clarence (Kelly) Eugene Dehlbom of Bonners Ferry, ID.
Wayne is survived by former wife/best friend Mary Rex, Post Falls; their children: Kelly Martin (Ron Pedro), Pinehurst; and Scott (Lynelle) Dehlbom, Hayden; sister Reva Blackwood, New Mexico; grandchildren: Shaun Dehlbom, Spokane, WA; Kerry (Aaron) Ayers, Soap Lake, WA; Ed Widmer, Soap Lake, WA; Cory (Bobby) Covey, Post Falls; Jay Widmer, Post Falls; Chris (Cassie) Dehlbom, Coeur d’Alene; and Micaela (Taylor) O’Dell, Coeur d’Alene; and 5 1/2 great-grandchildren.

HOT SPRINGS -- Clara Ann Richards Stutts, 65, of Hot Springs, died at Kalispell Regional Medical Center on Friday, Nov. 9, 2001.
She was born on Dec. 22, 1935, to Maj. Justis and Elsie Marie (Mark) Bradly in Sandpoint, Idaho. Clara moved to the Bitterroot Valley and raised her children. She and her father later moved to Hot Springs. Mr. Bradly preceded her in death in 1988.
Survivors include four children, Julie Ann Richards, Lee Phillip Richards, John Edward Richards and Vance Edward Richards; and four sisters, Mary J. Rex, H. Lorraine Nutting, Laura V. Sheets and Jeanie Layman.
Graveside services will be 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, at Riverside Cemetery in Stevensville.
Whitesitt Funeral Home in Stevensville is in charge of arrangements.
