She resided in Alhambra, Los Angeles Co., California (1930 - 1964.)^8,7 Her Social Security Number was 554-70-4204.⁹ She was a Comptometer operator - railroad (1920.)⁵ She was educated Completed 2 years of high school.⁷ The evidence that this Frances Lucile Dean is the Lucille Dean, sister of Clifford James MacMillan (as shown on his funeral home record) is a little thin. On the positive side she has the correct name, was born in Illinois at about the correct date and her California Death Record shows her mother's maiden name as "Robertson." In addition, this Lucille was living in Southern California, the same local as her mother, Mary Ellen "Ella" (Robertson) McMillen-Sweet, and she was buried in the same cemetery as both her parents. In the census records both Lucile and her sister say that their mother was born in Tennessee. Ella was actually born in Illinois but Ella's parents had come from Tennessee shortly before she was born. In the same census records Lucile incorrectly says her father was born in the Carolinas, once North Carolina and twice South Carolina. On the negative side there is no record that the maiden name of this Francis Lucile Dean is MacMillan or McMillan.
