BASIC FACTS
Dorathe Rose DeVault was born on 12 November 1893 in Port Orchard, Kitsap Co., Washington.1,6 She was born in November 1894 in Washington.7,8 She and Louis Lee Goldsmith were married on 23 May 1914 in Tacoma, Pierce Co., Washington.9,6 She died on 28 April 1947, at age 53, in Seattle, King Co., Washington.1 Dorathe Rose DeVault was also known as Dodie Lulu DeVault.7 She was also known as Rose DeVault.8 She had reference number 26759. She was enumerated on the census in King County, Washington (1900 - 1940.) She resided in Seattle, King Co., Washington (1920 - 1954.)4,6 I have made the assumption that daughter Rose, listed as being born in November of 1894 in the 1900 Census and daughter Dodie Lulu listed as being born about 1895 in the 1910 Census, are, in fact, Dorathe, shown as being born in November of 1893 on her death certificate. This is primarily based on the fact that in the 1910 Census, Minnie says she has had four children and two are living. Dorathe and Ailleen are the two living children in the 1910 Census.

Georgian Lunches Usher In Music Season
Melody hovered over the Monday luncheon in the Georgian room, The Olympic, yesterday afternoon -- Rubinstein's "Melody in F," an old-time favorite tucked in among the currently popular tunes played by Archie Loveland's orchestra, and the "silver sound" of melodies yet to come, as this week commenced with a flurry of music.
Many of those lunching in the familiar green and rose room were to see each other in concert audiences - at yesterdays afternoon's Ladies' Musical Club concert, at last night's brilliant opening of the symphony season and at tonight's concert of the Don Cossacks in the Moore Theatre.

Mrs. Harold Aughtry .... also entertained Mrs. W. C. Block of Portland, Or., and Miss Naida DeVault. ............................
