Lorraine Faye Biles, 91, of Nampa, Ida., passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2011, at a local care center.
She was born in Twin Falls, Ida., on June 17, 1920. She grew up and attended schools in Aurora, Colo. She met and married Ernest Biles in California. Shortly after, she moved to Canyon County where they raised the family. She worked as a legal secretary in Parma and Prosser, Wash., many years until her retirement. She was very active in her community and belonged to several organizations.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara (Dennis) Albin of Shawnee, Kan., and Judie Trent of Nampa, Ida.; five grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, one daughter, and one grandson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 13, 2011, at 2 p.m., at the Silvercrest 2 Clubhouse located at 1100 Burnett, Nampa. Any tributes and condolences can be left at www.cremationsocietyidaho .com.
